Payment Information: Processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your credit card details.

Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, search frequency, session duration.
Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and timezone.
Cookies: Session cookies to keep you logged in, and analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (e.g., health information, financial data, government IDs).
We do not store individual identities from Chinese social media users whose content appears in analysis results.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Railway or similar services that host our application.
AI Service Providers: DeepSeek API is used to generate analysis summaries. Only your search keyword is sent — not your personal account information.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or court order.

5. Data Retention

Account Data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
Search History and Reports: Retained per your subscription plan, then automatically deleted.
Usage Logs: Retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging.

3. Account Registration

3.2 One Account Per User

You may only maintain one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its design, features, code, and branding are owned by us. Analysis reports are provided for your personal or internal business use — you may not resell them. Underlying social media content belongs to its respective creators and platforms.

8. Data and Analysis Disclaimer

Our analysis is generated using AI and automated processes. Results are based on a sample of publicly available content, may not represent the full spectrum of opinions, and should not be used as the sole basis for significant business or financial decisions. We do not warrant that results are complete, accurate, or up-to-date.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
